We manufacture a large range of gratings, for example,

• pressure locked gratings (including custom forms and sizes),
• extruded metal gratings (as drain covers),
• stair tread gratings (now available in XXL size),
• as well as various metal products.

Gratings are hot-dip galvanised in our own galvanising plant.

The service and options that are offered by our modern hot-dip galvanising plants in Aichach and Pilsen go far beyond the actual galvanising process.

Upon request, we can offer follow-up tasks such as thread cutting, screw fastening, etc. At MEA, comprehensive, integrated solutions are our top priority. Our galvanising pot in Aichach (D) can handle components with maximum dimensions of:

length 7.50 m x width 1.30 m x depth 2.40 m (larger dimensions are available upon request).

Our galvanising pot in Pilsen (CZ), can handle components with maximum dimensions of:

length 7.50 m x width 1.50 m x depth 2.50 m (larger components up to 9 m in length upon request)
