Business Mission of the Holding company MEA AG (Plc)

Over the past years, MEA has successfully withdrawn from its former retail activities and focussed increasingly on the development, manufacture and marketing of industrial products. As part of an extensive restructuring programme five years ago, the independent Building Products, Drainage Systems, Metal Applications, Fastener Systems, and ACP divisions were created. This new organisation speeded up the international expansion of the business dramatically.
MEA AG (Plc) is managed jointly by two board members. With its Finance, Business Development, Technical Development and Human Resources departments, the holding company fulfils a demanding business mission for the divisions as well as for shareholders.
